Delete in the app
If you can sign in, this is the fastest option. Open Profile, select Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request below. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.
What deletion removes
Deleting a HeatSheets account removes the authentication account, swimmer profiles, profile photos, saved heat-sheet scans, saved event and race results, and HeatSheets access records associated with that account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your HeatSheets account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in the store where it was purchased to avoid future charges.
