By downloading, accessing, or using HeatSheets, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
What HeatSheets does
HeatSheets helps you organize swim meet information — scanning heat sheets, saving swimmer events, and tracking race results. You should verify event, heat, lane, and timing details with official meet sources.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions, including HeatSheets Pro, are billed through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your Apple ID account.
Free access and Pro features
HeatSheets includes free access that begins after your first successful signed-in scan. HeatSheets Pro unlocks unlimited scans, multiple swimmers, saved history and results features, and restore access.
User content and responsibility
You are responsible for the content you add to HeatSheets, including swimmer names, photos of heat sheets, and saved race results.
AI scan accuracy disclaimer
HeatSheets uses AI to extract information from heat sheet images. AI extraction may make mistakes. Always confirm important details before relying on them.
No guarantee of meet information accuracy
HeatSheets is not affiliated with USA Swimming, meet hosts, or official timing systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of meet, heat, lane, or timing information.
Acceptable use
Don't use HeatSheets to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using HeatSheets at any time.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of HeatSheets after updates means you accept the revised terms.
